THE BRIEF

Make the work clear enough to matter.

BOJAWI already existed as a web platform. My work was to make that system useful on a phone: adapt its hierarchy, connect the existing services, and turn workspaces, tickets, documents, schedules, and collaboration into a production mobile experience.

Respect the existing system

I mapped the portal's established entities and workflows before deciding what belonged in the mobile navigation and what needed a smaller-screen interaction model.

OUTCOME / WHAT TO SHOW

The evidence belongs in the story.

The result is a real companion to the existing platform rather than a passive wrapper. Teams can create and manage tickets, assign work, track progress, open documents, review schedules, and keep conversations attached to the work from iOS or Android.
