THE BRIEF

Make the work clear enough to matter.

The ITEL App joins two existing worlds: the public course and content experience on itel.com.sg, and operational CRM capabilities from ITEL's portal. I built the mobile interface and integrations; the underlying CRM portal itself was already in place.

Join public and private journeys

I brought public course discovery and authenticated account workflows into one navigation model without blurring what each underlying system owns.

The evidence belongs in the story.

Learners can discover courses, check funding and schedules, follow events and promotions, receive notifications, and work with account-specific information from one mobile product. It is a functional client for the existing systems, not simply a website shown inside an app.
